Welwyn Garden City AL7 4HQ.

12.30 Leave base hospital. From junction 4 of the A1M (not the M1), take the A414 towards Hertford. After crossing the railway line, you will see the Bush Hall Hotel on the left. Turn off the A414 and then turn left at the lights to follow the A1000 towards WGC. At roundabout turn right and follow road through residential area with strict 30 mph speed limit. QE2 will become obvious. There is a pay and display car park at the front of the hospital, although parking on nearby streets is free. Alternatively take a train from King's Cross to Welwyn Garden City and then take a taxi to the hospital (£5 each way). For map to Welwyn, click here. QE2 will become obvious.
