3. A 65y old overweight Indian man complains of a progressively floppy right arm and leg over the past few hours.

 

 

4. A 50y old alcoholic is vomiting and complains of a sudden onset severe headache. He is a smoker and has a history of polycystic kidney disease.

 

 

5. A 75y old man who stopped taking his blood pressure medication few months ago is admitted with an acute severe headache and vomiting. He rapidly loses consciousness and dies. On post-mortem the ventricles are filled with blood and the brain is shifted to the left side.
