1. A 30 year old man presents to his G.P. with a reddish maculopapular rash on his trunk and extremities. He also complains of a fever and sore throat. He previous reports having a non painful ulcer on his penis which spontaneously resolved a couple of months ago.

4. An 18 year old sexually active male presents to a GUM clinic with pain on urination and tender testicles. On examination you notice a cloudy white discharge from his urethra.
5. A woman presents to a walk in clinic with vesicles on the vulva and around her anus. You notice her partner has a cold sore on his lip.
