1. A 30 year old male presented with headache, radiology shows single lesion of the skull and histologically it shows loose fibrous tissue.

 

2. 40 year old with x-ray showing cotton wool calcification and benign hyaline cartilage on histological examination

 

3. 18 year old with a lump round the knee. O/E the lump is well defined, translucent and is only present unilaterally.

 

4. 22 year old present with severe pain on the left leg which is relieved by aspirin. X-ray shows a lytic lesion with central nidus and a sclerotic rim.

 

5. 20 year old female with a radiological finding of multiple lesions of the skull with loose fibrous tissue. O/E you noticed some brown skin patches  and on further questioning you found out that the girl had an unusually early menarche
