4. A 22 year old footballer comes to his GP one week after injuring his knee during game. The joint is hot, swollen and painful. He also mentions he has been suffering from a fever.

 

5. A 45 year old female presents with a painful inflamed toe. On examination there are Kayser–Fleischer rings in both eyes. Joint aspiration shows brick shaped crystals.
