4. A 35 year old lady presents with swelling on the right side of her jaw. She has had her tooth removed three weeks ago. Examination reveals that the swelling is isolated with no lymphadenopathy or pain. She had her follow-up appointment a week later where her diagnosis was revealed.  

 

 

 

5. A 19-year old, gap year student presents with skin ulcers to her GP. She vaguely remembers being bitten by a sand-fly a few months ago at the Full Moon Party. What is her diagnosis?
