1. A 45 year old man presents to clinic with a 3 month history of polyuria, polydipsia, parasthesia and muscle weakness. You notice from his past medical history that his hypertension has been badly controlled for a few years.
2. A 5 year old child is found to have hypertension at a routine physical examination. It does not improve after treatment with antihypertensives. Blood tests show that she is hypokalaemic and has low plasma levels of Aldosterone.
