1. 8 year old boy presents to his GP with his mother. The mother describes a 6 month history of frequency, nocturia and polydipsia. On urine dipstick you find glucose +++.
2. 40 year old female presents with fatigue. On examination you notice a red sore tongue and pale yellow skin discolouration. Megaloblasts are seen on blood film. Raised bilirubin is also found.
3. 33 year old male presents with a 3 day history of haematuria. On further questioning, he reports frequent episodes of sinusitis and a chronic cough. He is a non-smoker.
4. 17 year old female presents with fatigue. On examination you find nil of note except eyelid drooping.
5. 50 year old male presents with fatigue. On examination you note scleral icterus and splenomegaly. Blood film shows spherocytes.
