3. A 20 year old student presents to A&E with a 3 day history of sore throat but no cough. She has a mild fever and the doctor notes white spots at the back of her throat. Her cervical lymph nodes are tender on palpation.
4. A 12 year old boy has been waking up coughing for the past 30 nights, ever since his family moved to a new house.
5. A 40 year old pregnant woman has come into A&E with sudden onset shortness of breath. She appears very scared and is coughing up small amounts of blood.
