2. A 14 year old Jewish boy, who looks very young for his age, presents to A&E with shortness of breath and a cough. He also has diarrhoea.

 

 

3. A 20 year old student presents to A&E with a 3 day history of sore throat but no cough. She has a mild fever and the doctor notes white spots at the back of her throat. Her cervical lymph nodes are tender on palpation.
