1. A 42 year old man presents to his GP complaining of polydipsia and polyuria. Following a blood test his GP refers him to clinic, worried about his hyponatraemia, and hyperkalaemia.
2. A 33 year old woman presents to A+E. She is a professional handball player, and lately has found it difficult to see her teammates out of the corner of her eye. Blood tests reveal abnormally low TSH, ACTH and GH levels.
3. A 24 year old medical student presents to A+E following yet another fight in the street. He was returning from rugby training, and is worried about his rising aggression recently. You notice that his hands are abnormally large, with wide and stubby fingers.
4. A 23 year old woman presents to your clinic complaining of weight loss. Upon further questioning she admits to worry about her abnormal sweating recently. You notice that despite the snow outside she has decided to wear a miniskirt.
5. A 72 year old man with a 40 pack year history presents to A+E worried that a cut he sustained whilst gardening in his allotment 3 months ago is yet to heal. Upon examination you notice centripedial obesity, and interscapular fat.
