2. A 16 year old boy presents with headaches, parosmia, neck rigidity, nausea and vomiting after returning from a summer holiday near Lake Hoover. Diagnosis made after visualization of CSF.

5. A 32 year old man presents with headaches, neck rigidity, fever and malaise. CSF analysis shows lymphocytes, mildly elevated protein, and normal glucose. CSF culture was negative.
