2. 12 year old girl presents to his GP with a 3 month history of lethargy, polyuria and weight loss. She also says that he has been feeling very thirsty recently.

 

3.  A 54 year old man presents to A&E with an 8 hour history of severe abdominal pain radiating to the back. He is also very nauseous and has been vomiting. The A&E nurse remembers him from 2 weeks ago when he came in drunk.

 

 

4. A 2 month old boy is brought in by his mother to see the GP. The mother complains that her son isn’t putting on any weight and has foul smelling nappies.

 

 

5. A 72 year old woman, presents to A&E with weight loss and jaundice, without reporting any pain.
