4. A 70 year-old lady has been in hospital following pneumonia. During her stay she develops abdominal pain, cramps and watery diarrhoea. What is the most likely diagnosis?
5. A 30 year-old woman has recently bought a farm and is living off its produce as part of a ‘natural-life’ programme. She develops severe watery diarrhoea and, a few days later, joint pain. She remembers her father also suffered from joint pain following an infection.
