1. An obese 40 year old woman presents with white vaginal discharge. She also complains of redness and dysuria. 

 

 

2. A 20 year old woman presents with malaise and dysuria. Tests show the presence of a gram negative diplococcus.

 

 

3. An 18 year old woman presents with general malaise, and vaginal pain. On further inspection, multiple small vesicles are seen along with local lymphadenopathy. No bacterial psthogens were grown on further testing.

 

 

4. A 25 year old woman presents with persistant, heavy vaginal bleeding, and pain. Her history reveals a recent miscarriage. E-coli was grown on culture.

 

 

5. A 60 year old Nigerian woman presents with menorrhagia, abdominal distention and increased urinary frequency. History reveals a family history of a similar condition.
