3. 60 year old man with a 15 year history of diabetes and hypertension complains of bone pain. X-rays of the knees show chondrocalcinosis and blood tests show low calcium and increased PTH and phoshate.
4. 35 year old man complains of extreme loin to groin pain. Investigations show Ca: 3.10 raised PTH and low phosphate.
5. 45 year old woman complains of sharp shooting pains in her right leg. X-ray of the leg shows thickening and bowing of the bone and blood tests show high alkaline phosphatase and normal calcium levels.
