3. A 31 year old woman is complaining of pain and swelling in her hands. She recalls that her mum had similar problems at the same age. Histology report shows Grimely- Sokoloff cells.
4. A 19 year old man presents to his GP with swelling and a rash on his thigh. He states that he has just returned from a summer camp 10 days ago. Organisms were isolated from the skin biopsy.
5. A 68 year old woman is complaining of tiredness and abdominal pain. She also says that she has been feeling a bit down recently. Blood tests reveal; calcium 2.8 mmol/l, ALP 90 IU/l and PTH 20 pg/ml.
