For each scenario below, choose the most appropriate answer from the list above. Each option may be used once, more than once or not at all.

1. You recognise a patient admitted to A and E from the Hodgkin's disease clinic you recently attended. The patient has difficulty breathing, and has been coughing up pink frothy sputum all evening. On examination you notice crackles in the lungs, and swollen calves and face. A urine dipstick shows marked proteinuria though no haematuria. Blood tests show hypoalbuminaemia.

2. An elderly patient attends A and E having recently fallen and fractured her hip, she blames the falls on her increasing fatigueability and tiredness. Routine blood tests reveal and eGFR of 58 and hypercalcaemia.

3. A child presents to A and E with abdominal pain, fever and haematuria. Examination reveals a palpable left kidney.

4. A patient presents to A and E with frank haematuria. History reveals an upper respiratory tract infection that resolved a couple of days ago.

5. A child attends A and E with palpable red lesions in the skin, they measure approximately 0.5cm and do not blanch under pressure. Urine dipstick reveals haematuria and proteinuria. Skin and kidney biopsies reveal IgA deposits.
