For each scenario below, choose the most appropriate answer from the list above. Each option may be used once, more than once or not at all.

1. A 75 year old woman presents to her GP on her return from a holiday in Egypt, concerned about a lump on her face that has slowly been growing. It is pearly translucent in colour. The shave biopsy showed dermis.

2. A 64 year old man who previously worked as a gardener presents with a lump on his forearm. The lesion is domeshaped and symmetrical, and capped with scales. A shave biopsy only showed keratin fragments.

3. A 60 year old lady presents with a lesion on her nose. The lesion was ulcerated with a rough scaly surface, and there was supraclavicular lymphadenopathy. She has previously been diagnosed with actinic keratoses.

4. A 32 year old actor presented with red nodules on his shins. The nodules were popular. Histology of the lesion showed spindle cells and highly vascular tissue.

5. An 84 year old man presented to A and E with an ulcer on the inside of his right leg, just above the ankle. It had been present for 3 months, over which time he has also developed ankle oedema. He was complaining of pain and itching.
