1. A 35yo woman presents with amenorrhoea, weight gain and easy bruising. She also complains of baldness and abnormal hair growth on her chest. On examination you notice some striae on her abdomen. She informs you that she suffers from Crohn’s disease and takes treatment for it.

 

 

2. A 42yo woman complains of fatigue, weakness standing up and muscle pains. You notice that she has a tan although it is still November. Lab findings show a low cortisol with a high ACTH.

 

 

3. A 38yo man complains of fatigue, weakness, muscle cramps and headaches. Blood findings show: K+: 2.8 and Na+: 148. He has no other medical problems.

 

 

4. A 25yo man presents to the clinic with perfuse sweating, tremor and palpitations. He hasn’t noticed any change in his weight.
