A 38 year old woman presents with fatigue, abdominal pain and generalised
arthralgia. On examination her palmar creases are hyperpigmented and she also
has postural hypotension.
2.
A 45 year old man presents confusion, anorexia as well as stiff joints. Investigations
reveal a ↑ PTH, ↑ Ca and ↓ PO4 level.

A 35 year old man comes in highly anxious and with a low self esteem. He has
recently split up from his third partner in the last one month. Examination
reveals macroglossia, ride-spaced teeth and a prominent supraorbital ridge.
4.
A 45 year old woman comes to clinic complaining of itching, sweating and
diarrhoea. Others have complained that she’s highly irritable and she’s also
lost 2 stones in the last two months (despite an increased appetite).
5.
A 28 year old woman complains of amenorrhoea, loss of libido and galactorrhoea.
She is also infertile. Investigations reveal a ↑ prolactin and an MRI
scan shows a tumour < 10mm in diameter.
