4. A 56 year old obese lady presents with polyuria and polydipsia. She complains of tiredness and depression. Her fasting glucose is 5.9mmol/L and her OGTT is 5.5mmol/L. She has a corrected calcium of 2.4mmol/L and a PTH of 7.1mmol/L.

 

 

5. A 58 year old Afro-Caribean gentleman presents with polyuria, polydipsia and weight loss. He has a fasting glucose of 5.9mmol/L and an oral glucose tolerance test of 10.1mmol/L. His corrected calcium is 2.5mmol/L and his PTH is 7.0pmol/L.
