For each scenario below, choose the most appropriate answer from the list above. Each option may be used once, more than once or not at all.

1. A 14 year old girl is in your clinic complaining of nasal irritation, sneezing and itching of the eyes.  They commonly have these symptoms around summer time.

2. Your patient complains that on Sunday mornings he finds himself covered in red raised circles all over his arms, back and neck.  The Ôitchy circlesÕ seem to go away after he has rubbed some hydrocortisone cream onto the affected areas.  Further questioning reveals that the patient Ôcrashes on his friendÕs spare bed after a heavy Saturday nightÕ.

3. The same patient above comes back to your practice and is complaining of being drowsy all of the time.  This is affecting his work as a taxi driver as he feels that he is a danger on the road and has to end his shifts early.

4. A father has burst through the doors of A&E holding his 5 year old son in his arms.  The child looks to have trouble breathing and has swollen lips as well as his whole face.  The father explains that they were just playing in the park when a Bee stung his son.

5. The same child above has been put on oxygen to help with his breathing and been given an injection to help stabilise his vitals.
