3. A 38 year old lady recently returned from a trip to Indian and presents with foul smelling non-bloody diarrhoea in addition to abdominal cramps. 5.  A concerned mother brings her 13 year old son to the GP after presenting suddenly with vomiting and diarrhoea. She claims that several members of his class have similar symptoms.
