For each scenario below, choose the most appropriate answer from the list above. Each option may be used once, more than once or not at all.

1. An infant which has failed to thrive presents with apparent abdominal pain. While you examine the child you notice a nagging cough and wheeze.

2. An infant is failing to thrive and producing copious offensive, pale stool which is sometimes bloody. The blood film shows acanthocytes, and plasma chylomicron is found to be low.

3. A Schilling test is performed on a 35 year old lady. Stage 1 shows less than 5% radiolabelled B12 in the urine over 24 hours (low). Stage 2 shows normal levels of B12 in the urine.

4. A 25 year old man complains of loose, pale stool, offensive stool and weight loss. HLA test showed HLA-DQ2, and serological blood tests were performed showing raised anti-endomysial antibodies.
