Neurological Examination of the Leg 9: Normal Plantar Response

Babinski Response:

  • Stroke the lateral aspect of the sole of each foot with an orange stick.
  • Note movement of the toes, normally flexion (withdrawal).
  • Note the lateral view of the toe inset here.
